The Association of Test Publishers publishes a peer-reviewed online journal, Journal of Applied Testing Technology edited by Chad W. Buckendahl and William G. Harris. The most recent article is a piece by Nathan Thompson, entitled "A Proposed Framework for Test Administration Methods."
